The Fifth Settlement is one of the compounds in New Cairo and consists of several neighborhoods, including the First, Second, Third, Fourth, and Fifth Districts, in addition to West Golf, Choueifat, Diplomats, Narges, Al-Yasmine, Banafseg, and South Academy.[1] One of its largest streets is Teseen Street, along which lies the central axis of New Cairo, which contains financial and administrative centers and commercial activities that serve the city. The Fifth Settlement is one of the fastest areas in terms of construction rate in Egypt, and is distinguished by its villas, palaces, and urban diversity of Roman, Islamic, Pharaonic, and modern.
